Step 1: Pre-Inspection

In order to get the job done right, we need to know the exact condition your carpet is currently in. Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

Step 2: Pre-Treatment

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

Step 3: Additional Spot Treatment

During pre-inspection, potentially permanent stains were identified and discussed. These need particular attention in the attempt to completely or partially remove them. These difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of their removal.

Step 4: Soil Extraction and Rinse with Fresh n Clean Deodorizer Carpet Rinse

A professional carpet rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil. This also involves moving light furniture out of the way to clean under, then put back in their original place. Examples of light furniture with our technicians can move include: tables, dining room chairs, sofas,and coffee table. We cannot, however, be responsible to move heavy or large pieces such as dressers, entertainment systems, and pianos etc..

Step 5: Post-Cleaning Treatment

Any spots or stains still remaining will get yet another extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet at this stage.

Step 6: Speed Drying* (some restrictions may apply)

Our Technicians will place fans throughout the home as they are cleaning to greatly decrease the time you must stay off your carpets. All of these speed dryers will be removed once the technician has completed all the cleaning. and is ready for his final cleaning step.

Step 7: Post-Cleaning Inspection

We won’t just leave it at that! Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job. This final step is the most important to us, as it ensures your 100% satisfaction with our work.
